Orsu Metals Corporation approached orelogy in December 2008 to undertake a detailed mine planning study for the Varvarinskoye Copper/Gold operation in northern Kazakhstan.
orelogy had been involved in the project since 2006 where initial mine plans were developed with the previous owner European Minerals Corporation and a N43-101 report was produced.
