Jake commenced work in the mining industry in 1987 and worked in several hands-on operational roles before qualifying as an engineer. Experience gained includes a range of open pit production and mine planning roles before rising to the level of Mine Manager. Moved to technical roles in 2008 as an independent consultant and joined Orelogy in 2012.
