In 2015 orelogy was commissioned by Altura Mining Limited to undertake a Mining Preliminary Feasibility Study on their Pilgangoora Lithium project which is located approximately 90km to the south of Port Hedland in Western Australia.
In Q1 2016 orelogy was retained by to conduct a study between Contractor Mining and Owner Mining for the Project.
The objective of the study was to recommend the operating strategy for the basis of the DFS for the Project. During this time orelogy was requested by Altura to produce a Mining Feasibility Study (FS) for the Pilgangoora Project.
The purpose of the FS was to assess and determine an economic open pit mine operation, production schedule and site layout, as a basis for reporting an Ore Reserve and progressing to a Definitive Feasibility Study.
