orelogy was commissioned by Sicomines SA to conduct a research study for their Copper-Cobalt Project, located in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The main purpose of this study is to assess the practicality and cost benefits of implementing a trolley-assist haulage system. The work was undertaken between Nov 2016 and March 2017. The work undertaken for this study had four elements: pit optimisation, mine design, scheduling and cost estimation.
